According to IGN's preview, it could be a good point to jump into the series, or return to it if you haven't played a Total War game in a while. Total War: Warhammer is due out in May after a short delay. They will also be themed on events from Warhammer lore, and these packs are essentially an upgraded version of a Race Pack. Lastly, Campaign Packs will contain both a brand new race and a new Challenge Campaign to the game. The Dark Elves and High Elves face off in the upcoming Lords Pack DLC for Total War WARHAMMER 2 which adds 2 new legendary lords, new gameplay mechanics, 16. You create your account or simply login and try it again but it still doesn't work. A pack will typically include a new playable race, along with units, heroes, items, buildings, and technology and skill trees. Race Packs will either add a new race to the game, or add full unit rosters, heroes, lords, and playable legendary lords to non-playable existing races in the main game. In addition you'll get two new lords to serve generals, a new unique unit, and a new elite unit of renown, which are upgraded versions of existing units. Lord Packs will be "themed on a specific rivalry of conflict from Warhammer lore." They'll include two playable legendary lords with their own quest chains, campaign bonuses and items.

As for paid DLC, the Total War: Warhammer blog gives an idea of some of the other packs we'll be seeing over the coming months.
